One of the first activities we will do with you on the program, is to help you review and map out your ecommerce journey. Typically we split the journey into 4 stages:

Our experienced team will sit along side your internal team and provide guidance and support. This can begin with daily or weekly support and start to stretch out as requirements demand. Our CoPilot Program support can range from 1-3 months (as a trial or to help fix issues) or extend to 6-12 months (with defined objectives and journey goals).
This part of the CoPilot Program is great for teams that currently have only 1 ecommerce manager running everything or for small ebusiness teams that need to grow, but don’t have the budgets yet to employ the rest of the full-time resources required. Our support service is also invaluable when you need assistance in specific gap or technical areas within your ecommerce ecosystem and set-up.
